The rhythmic introduction to "Just Friends" reminds me of "Be my Baby" by the Ronettes. But then EVERYTHING reminds me of "Be my Baby" by the Ronettes.
I like them!
Well, technically it's a riff-off of the JAMC's "Just Like Honey" but *that* was a very thinly veiled riff on Be My Baby.
So everything comes back to The Ronettes, really! Which is no bad thing. :-)
